Arrivals and departures

Your arrival will be between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and your departure for 10:30 a.m. Any arrival outside these hours must be validated before the start of your stay.

In order to be able to guarantee a personalized welcome, please let us know the approximate time of your arrival no later than one day before your arrival.

• Bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided by us and not changed daily.
• One pool towel per person is provided by us. It is not allowed to use towels and bathrobes outside the property.
• All guest rooms have a small fridge, wine glasses, a corkscrew, a lighter and a coffee machine. There is no possibility to cook.
• Breakfast is included in the price of the room and cannot be the subject of a discount if it is not taken. It is served between 8:45 and 10:00 a.m.
• Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
• The house and the rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside the house.
• Pets are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse access to the room to guests travelling with a pet.

Payment and cancellation terms

• At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid.
• The balance is due on arrival and can be paid on site in cash or by credit card.
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before the arrival date.
• Up to 15 days before the arrival date: the 30% deposit is retained.
• In the last 14 days, no cancellation is possible, 90% of the nightly price is due.
